Eileen M.

English Core Development Curriculum, Talentnook

My name is Eileen, and I am a credentialed California educator. I raised four children and put them all through college. I have taught thousands of elementary, middle, high school and college students in tutoring and classroom settings to develop their potential through lifelong learning skills. My belief is that every parent is their child’s first teacher, so I strive to understand the individual differences in each child with involved parental input. It does take a community to raise a child.
Please join Talentnook in educating the next generation of students for competence and efficiency in developing life skills and independence in learning.

Rebekah A.

English Language Arts Teacher, Talentnook
Hello, my name is Rebekah and I’m a California native who hails from the Bay Area. I have a B.S. in Business Management. Along with my extensive background in Human Resources, including presenting a variety of corporate classes, I’ve been teaching adults and children English over the last three decades. I feel very impassioned about the power that a strong command of the English language can give a student. By helping students increase their comprehension skills, they can improve their writing, reading, and overall communication competencies. This helps with understanding science, history, mathematics, the arts, and even other languages.
It is my privilege to help your child achieve goals they may have never thought possible. I look forward to meeting you soon.

Axel

English Language Arts Teacher, Talentnook
I have been teaching students, both in colleges and in private tutoring, for four years now in all levels and fields of English, from elementary grammar and language arts to university-level literature
With a strong background in learning English and earning a master’s degree, I have developed a deep attachment to the subject. Over the years, I have come to believe that the English language forms the foundation for the learning of any other subject or skill.
I am very respectful of education and learning. I consider myself lucky to be able to contribute to this field and hence I like to be flexible with my students. My biggest goal is to have every child develop a love for language. You will usually find me to be very adjusting to your child’s learning needs and style and I feel proud of myself to be able to provide my best.
