Policies:

Response time: I will try to answer to messages promptly. I usually respond immediately to less than 2-3 hours via mobile. I always respond within 24-48 hours via mobile. I check my e-mail, but not as daily as my phone.
Scheduling: I am flexible on reschedule as long as I am informed 48 hours before the tutoring session.
Cancellation Policy: Please let me know if you are canceling a tutoring session 24 hours ahead of time. Any time less than 24 hours will result in a full charge of the hour.
Special needs: Please inform me of anything about your child that I should know to aid them.
