With Talentnook, help your child develop core English communication and written skills.

Where does your child need help?

What is the ELA Program for Grades 1-7?

Education is competitive and starts in elementary school. Academic performance gets evaluated in a matriculated environment, not a self-contained classroom. These new expectations and responsibilities are overwhelming. Strong English language skills ensure the effective development of academic, social, and emotional progress. Our Bridge Program spans knowledge through evaluations. We initially fill in weak gaps from elementary school, sustain current progress at grade level, and advance higher learning for continued mastery.

We teach

  • Vocabulary context
  • Structural and grammatical mechanics
  • Reading comprehension
  • Written and verbal expression
  • Literary analysis

About Eileen

My name is Eileen, and I am a credentialed California educator. I raised four children and put them all through college. I have taught thousands of elementary, middle, high school and college students in tutoring and classroom settings to develop their potential through lifelong learning skills. My belief is that every parent is their child’s first teacher, so I strive to understand the individual differences in each child with involved parental input. It does take a community to raise a child.

Please join Talentnook in educating the next generation of students for competence and efficiency in developing life skills and independence in learning.
